Our Friends

Charlie Goldenhawk Reaves

Lou considers Charlie to be his "brother" and best friend. He is an actor, singer, song writer and sign language interpreter. Charlie is one of those brave souls who stood up for Lou and Victor at their Holy Union... And, he read the story of "The Little Prince and the Fox" during the service.

Craig and Derrick

Craig and Derrick have a great web based business: Reach and Teach -- the Peace and Social Justice Learning Company. Check them out!

Darcy and Kat

Darcy and Kat have become Dervish Dog's lesbian grandparents... (Thank you!)

Here are some pictures taken at Darcy's recent birthday bash bowl-a-thon blowout at ALbany Bowl. Enjoy!

Duncan House, San Francisco

Our friend runs this great "Bed and Breakfast" in San Francisco... Come stay at Ed's place, Duncan House!

Eric Penn

Eric is a long time friend who happens to be a great photographer. (He made our "holy Union" DVD.) Check out some of his work at Penn Design.

Rev. Erin Swenson

Erin is a Transgender Presbyterian minister and activist who Victor first met in ATlanta. Click here for her video on Transgender Remembrance Day.

The Kramer Family

This family is just amazing -- their talent is surpassed by only their kindness and generosity. We were honored to have Stanley, Susan and Sarah sing at our Holy Union. And, we just love Sean's "Peace to the World!"

Kristin Clayton

Victor has known Kristin since their days at Shorter College... It was a dream come true to have her sing Depuis le jour and Somebody Somewhere at our Holy Union. (She will forever be lovingly remembered as "that chick with the pipes":-)

Larry Lake

In 1989, Larry hired Lou as a bookkeepper/office manager for his law book store. We have been through a lot since then on both \personal and professional levels... And, through it all, we remain good friends. Larry was the Best Man and made the Toast at our Holy Union ceremony. (For any visual aids you may need, contact his company, Vision Cue.)

Sarah O'Sullivan

The artist we commissioned from Creativity Explored to create our Ketubah. Here is her page.

Techno Squirrels

Our downstairs' neighbors, Lisa and Ryan, are quite talented... Click here to learn more about The Techno Squirrels!
